Since 2004, Personnel Security Consultants (PSC) has been dedicated to empowering Tribal communities by providing specialized training in critical areas such as Indian Child Protection, background investigations, adjudication certification, and fingerprinting techniques. With over two decades of experience, our mission remains the same: to equip Tribal professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to protect and strengthen their communities.

In 2024, we proudly partnered with the National Native American Human Resources Association (NNAHRA) to launch our Tribal Adjudication Certification Training, further expanding our commitment to providing expert-level guidance and education.

Registering for PSC training is easy!

  1. Simply visit our Training Center page

  2. Select your desired course, and;

  3. Complete the registration form.

Cancellations
Personnel Security Consultants, Inc. (PSC) requires all cancellation requests to be submitted to training@pscprotects.com.

Force Majeure
In the event PSC cancels an event due to an act of God, war, foreign threats, or other unforeseen circumstances that directly or indirectly cause the cancellation or rescheduling of the event, PSC reserves the right to issue a credit voucher for future training within twelve (12) months. PSC is not responsible for any other costs associated with attending the event.

Refund/Credit Policy
PSC offers the following options for refunds or credits:

  • Refund Request: You may request a refund under the following terms:
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fees paid.
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will incur a 25% administrative fee based on the registration fee at the time of registration.
    • Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event are not eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Credit Request: You may request credit toward the next PSC-sponsored event. Credit vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of the original event and may be transferred to someone from the same tribal entity.
